My room is clean! It's not completely up to date but, you can tell they are working on it. The staff has been over the top friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
My room was really clean. I can see lots of work and updates have been put into this place. I was very happy with my 3 day stay. The owners are so nice also. They even made lunch for us. Overall, I was really satisfied!
The owner is top notch and is doing what he can to bring new life into a run down motel. Everyday I saw home doing something to improve the place. Even though the rooms are a little dated. The staff was accommodating. Most of my family was there for a funeral. Raj made sure we were happy. We got to stay in the lobby and drink to the memory of my grandfather. The breakfast was pretty good for the price you spend. Waffle maker, coffee, muffins, donuts and cereal to name a few items. Raj the owner is working his tail off to make the place good. I will give it about a year or two and I am sure I will see a transformation of this property. Truly was a great experience despite the circumstances. We the Youngbluth family are very greatful for such wonderful hospitality. The property is nestled in a great location for Wagner a beautiful park right behind with some top notch playgrounds. It's also conveniently located next to a clean family dollar and a Casey's gas station.
Our family stayed for 4 nights, I admit I read the previous reviews from months ago and was iffy on staying , we learned that it was under new owners and had someone check out the room. We booked our stay and once checked in I checked everything! The room was a little dated but was very clean and the one thing I found the management took care of right away. They were very accommodating if we needed anything and friendly. Definitely enjoyed our stay
The rooms and hotel were both very clean! It was evident that the carpet was new and the cleaning staff took their time to keep areas at top notch! The mattresses were firm and comfortable! The breakfast was quite decent and an upgrade from the past. My family could tell that the owners are doing their best to improve the hotel overall. Continue updating
A HUGE improvement from last year. The rooms were clean, towels and soap. Staff was very friendly, breakfast decent and coffee tasty. Still needs a bit of sprucing up, but from what I heard the new manager just took over.
It brought back a lot of memories, just being there in Wagner,It was a feeling you could not imagine! I was born and raised there just South of Town on a big farm which was called the Berge Family's farm in the mid and later fifties, neighbors to the North of us were the Carda's Family, and I could go on, and on! But those were the good old Day's!! Maybe I'll write a book! So long for now-
The owner of this establishment did a great job working with me when I needed to change the dates of my stay last minute . The room we were stayed in was clean , nice and cool . The waffles in the morning were great and if I’m ever in the area again , I’ll be sure to stay here. Not a super fancy place , but a solid choice .
